This Privacy Policy explains how Elite Bay Party Rentals ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses and shares information when you visit elitebaypartyrentals.com, contact us, request a quote or book rentals online.
Information you give us
When you use our contact form or quote request form, we receive the details you enter. Depending on the form, this can include your name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, number of guests, delivery address, the rentals or services you are interested in, and your message. Form submissions are sent to our team by email.
If you call, text or email us, we receive the information you choose to share in that conversation.
Online booking and payments
Online rental orders on our website are handled through Booqable, a third-party rental booking platform. When you add items to your cart or check out, the information you provide, such as your contact details, delivery details and payment information, is collected and processed by Booqable and its payment providers under their own privacy policies. We receive the order details we need to confirm, deliver and support your rental.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, our site and the services it uses can automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the website that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. Some of this information is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Tag Manager to manage the measurement tags on our website. Through it, we use:
- Google Analytics, to understand how visitors find and use our website.
- Google Ads conversion tracking, to measure whether our Google ads lead to actions on our website, such as visiting our booking pages or adding rentals to a cart.
These Google services may set cookies or use similar technologies to collect information about your visit. Google's use of this information is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and in the Google Privacy Policy.
You can manage ad personalization in Google's My Ad Center, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as the online booking cart, may not work correctly without cookies.
Spam protection and fonts
Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and browser data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Our website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers to download them.
How we use information
- To respond to your questions and prepare quotes.
- To schedule, deliver, set up and pick up rentals and to provide event services.
- To communicate with you about your order or event.
- To understand and improve our website and our advertising.
- To protect our website from spam and misuse.
How we share information
We share information with service providers that help us run our business and website, such as our website hosting provider, our booking platform (Booqable), our email provider, and Google for analytics, advertising measurement and spam protection. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Links to other websites
Our website links to other sites and services, including our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest profiles and Google Maps. Those sites are governed by their own privacy policies.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and order information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our rentals and services, and maintain our business records.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask what personal information we have about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
